The Partners Home Care, Inc., in association with the Marshfield Board of Health, will administer H1N1 Flu shots to Marshfield Residents on:
Tuesday, January 5, 2010 4:00 – 7:00 pm
At:
Furnace Brook Middle School
530 Furnace Street
Marshfield, Ma.
Please remember to wear short sleeves or very loose fitting clothing when attending a flu clinic.
H1N1 flu shots will be offered to Marshfield residents age 1 and older.
The VNA cautions that anyone who has had an allergic reaction to eggs, gelatin or a previous dose of influenza vaccine should not get a flu shot. People who have a fever, and those who have a history of Guillain-Barre Syndrome should talk to their doctor before getting a flu shot.
