The attached draft documents are the product of settlement discussions between the Town of Marshfield and Beacon Residential Properties concerning the development of the former drive-in theater site. The documents are related to ongoing litigation between the parties, and, as such, are not required to be publicly disclosed during settlement discussions. The Board of Selectmen has decided to publicly disclose the documents to allow residents the opportunity to review them prior to a public hearing on the matter, which is scheduled for March 29, 2004 at 7:30 p.m. at the Furnace Brook Middle School Auditorium. These documents are drafts and are subject to change, pending public comment and final review by the Board of Selectmen.
