Absentee ballots for the May 2, 2009 Town Election are available at the Marshfield Town Clerk’s office. Voting will begin on Monday, April 13th and continue until noon on Friday, May 1st.
Hours for voting are 9AM – 4PM Monday – Friday.
Any registered voters, who cannot get to the polls on Election Day because they will not be in Marshfield, have a disability or because of religious beliefs may come into town hall and vote. Residents who have family members out of town that are registered voters in Marshfield can fill out a form with their out of town address and the clerk’s office will mail the ballot directly to them. All ballots returned by mail must be in the Post Office by noon on Election Day.
Because of the election, the Clerk’s office will close at noon on Friday, May 1st.
